Martin Scorsese will remove Robert de Niro and Al Pacino in his new film

The famous director Martin Scorsese recently finished working on the film "Silence". And while the Paramount filmmaker thinks when to release the tape on big screens, Martin made an unexpected statement in which he admitted that he was preparing to work on the film "Irishman", according to Charles Brandt's book "I heard you are painting at home".

Pacino, Pesci and De Niro will be in the lead roles

The script in the hands of Scorsese came a long time ago - 2 years ago. All this time he was thinking over whoever he wanted to see in the lead roles and concluded that he wants to shoot in his new offspring favorite actors with whom he already worked. Here's how Martin commented on his decision:

"As everyone probably knows, the story told in Brandt's book is the deathbed confession of a famous killer named Irishman. The plot is so complex emotionally and diverse that it would not be wise to shoot inexperienced actors or those with whom I have never cooperated. That's why I will work with old friends: Robert de Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci. I understand that the main characters should be younger in the story, but I can not do anything about myself. My intuition tells me that I'm on the right track. In addition, we can make them younger. I have already considered the use of some kind of computer technology in the frame, which was used by David Fincher to create the "Curious Case of Benjamin Baton".

Despite the fact that the director is very determined, not all actors agreed to work in the Irish. So, for example, Joe Pesci admitted to Robert de Niro that he had not received any proposals on this matter, and even if they do, he does not want to work in this project.
