This recipe is also dietary and, unlike the previous one, does not contain flour in its composition, and therefore pancakes are eventually obtained even more tender and low-calorie.

Chicken eggs whisk, adding to them a pinch of baking powder. With a fork, rinse the ripe bananas, and add the gruel to the eggs. We can say that our dough is ready. If you are going to eat pancakes without additives, and your bananas are not sweet enough, add a little honey to the mixture, but only really a little, we are embodying a dietary recipe.

Next thing is small: heat the frying pan, lightly oiling its surface with oil with a napkin. Portions pour banana dough on a hot surface and lower the fire to medium. After 1-2 minutes, you can turn the punkcakes to the other side and wait until they brown.
