Trash can on the door

Built-in appliances in the modern kitchen does not surprise anyone. Masters-furniture makers make installation of a plate, a sink, a dishwasher beautifully and reliably and in such kitchen there is nothing superfluous - all is thought over up to trifles. But what about the garbage can, without which the cooking zone is unthinkable?

It can be put as usual in the bedside table under the sink, but this option has long since outlived itself, since a system has appeared that allows to place a bucket for rubbish on the door under the sink . This simple system can be made after installation of the kitchen or go with it.

What is a bin on the door?

This is a very good design, which allows you to comfortably use the bucket without touching it with your hands. This is a very important point, because everyone knows that garbage is a conglomeration of pathogens, which means that contact with them must be eliminated or minimized.

When the door is opened, the lid is automatically removed and the bucket "leaves" to the user, which means that you do not need to bend down to put the garbage there, and it does not crumble inside the cabinet. When closing, the lid sits tightly on the bucket, eliminating the spread of unpleasant odors.

There are several types of such trash bins on sale. Most of them are attached to the swing door, but there are also those that are adapted to the hinged door. So, for example, the Italian development is a stainless bucket with a lid, into which an ordinary plastic bucket is inserted, and if necessary it can be removed and washed.

How to fasten the trash can to the door?

As a rule, there is a fastener for the trash can on the door - special brackets that are screwed onto the inner side wall of the curbstone. The door is only fitted with a limit switch (drive), which comes into play when the door is opened.

Correctly installed fasteners for many years guarantee trouble-free operation of this simple, at first glance, but very necessary system.
