- the size is 3.5x 4.5 cm;
- black-and-white or color;

Registration on the site of the State Service
In order to pass the registration procedure on the portal "Gosusluhi.Ru", it is necessary to fill out the questionnaire, making in it real information about yourself. The reliability of the submitted information is checked in the database of the Federal Tax Service and the Pension Fund in automatic mode. The verification process may take some time (usually several minutes). After this, a confirmation code is sent to the email address or personal mobile phone number. The authorization code can also be sent by registered mail, the delivery time of which does not exceed 14 days.
In order to use the service of the portal "Gosusluhi.Ru", you need to log in by entering the personal account number (SNILS, issued by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation) and enter the password received on the Unified Services portal. Thus, the personal cabinet is activated.
