It turns out, not for nothing that many craftsmen successfully apply, these seemingly domestic waste in the construction and decoration of fences, playgrounds and flower beds.
However, this does not stop there, and this material is often used for making light and exclusive furniture. So, for example, a small, compact and soft ottoman made of plastic bottles, made by own hands - is easy and simple, an indispensable thing for a house or villa. The process of manufacturing puffin from plastic bottles is incredibly simple and understandable. Modern lovers of needlework and design have developed many different ways to create the most unusual and pretty seats in just a few hours. - Plastic bottles - 16 pieces, volume - 1 l each;
- foam rubber or sintepon;
- a piece of linoleum ;
- Scotch;
- scissors;
- cloth case.
How to make an ottoman from plastic bottles?
- First we will prepare the bottles. To make them more dense and not squeezed, inside of them we create the pressure necessary inside the tank. For this, before we start making an ottoman from plastic bottles, place the open container for half an hour in the refrigerator. Then tighten them tightly and take them out. When the air inside is heated and expanded, the walls will become more elastic.
- Now lay out a square of 4x4 bottles and on all sides we carefully wrap the structure with scotch tape.
- Take a piece of old linoleum, (you can use cardboard or any other dense material) and cut out a square of 30x30 cm.
- Put on the next ottoman piece of foam rubber (you can folded into several layers, sintepon or any other soft material that is at hand) and cover the entire puff with a piece of linoleum.
