Homemade Nourishing Hair Masks

For the restoration of hair, various oils are usually used, but the exception is colored hair, which intensively lose color due to oily formulations. Of course, the ingredients should have a lot of useful properties, but those that contain calcium, protein, amino acids and fats are especially appreciated.

Nourishing mask for dry hair with yogurt and honey

Take 4 tbsp. l. yoghurt (if it is not available, you can use sour cream or kefir) and mix it with 1 tbsp. l. grape seed oil and 2 tbsp. l. honey. Spread the mask over the entire length of the hair and rinse after 1 hour.

This mask is rich in calcium and protein due to yogurt, which is very important for maintaining the structure of dry hair. Fats contained in yoghurt and butter will nourish the curls and make them more elastic. Honey is included in the mask to make dry hair thicker and thicker.

Nourishing masks for split hair: strawberries and glycerin

The next nourishing hair mask is ideal for damaged hair that is regularly exposed to styling.

Take 3 tbsp. l. castor oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tbsp. l. glycerin and 1 yolk. Mix the ingredients, and rub the mixture into the scalp and hair roots with massage circular motions. Then the mask should be spread over the entire length of the hair and pay special attention to the tips. After 1 hour, the mask should be washed off, and then rinse the hair with a decoction of chamomile.

Also, connoisseurs of hand-made cosmetics know the mask with strawberries, which is also very useful for hair: take 10 strawberries and mix them with sesame and peach oil (1 tsp each). Then put the mask on the hair for 1 hour, and after the time wash your head.

Nourishing mask for oily hair

Nourishing masks for oily hair should contain oils and sour juices - orange or lemon. Citrus fruits regulate the work of the sebaceous glands, and oils strengthen the structure of damaged rods.

Mix in equal proportions orange and lemon juice, and add 5 tbsp. l. olive oil. Apply the mixture on the entire surface of the hair for 1.5 hours, and then wash the head.

Nourishing masks for colored hair

Painted hair "do not make friends" with oils - the pigment is very quickly washed out, therefore for a food of hair in this case it is better to stop a choice on an egg and yogurt.

Mix 3 yolks with 5 tbsp. l. kefir, and also add a few drops of liquid vitamin E. The product should be applied to the hair for 2 hours under a rubberized cap, so that the yogurt and the egg do not harden, since they penetrate the hair structure worse.

Nourishing masks for hair growth

The following nourishing hair masks are designed to stimulate growth. First of all, ingredients such as onion juice and castor oil are indispensable home remedies for those who dream of long braids. However, onion is unsuitable for use, so you can use an alternative mask that does not contain this ingredient.

Mask with onion juice is simple: just mix in an equal proportion castor oil and onion juice, and then intensively rub them into the scalp. This mask is left on the hair for 1 hour, and then washed off.

Another mask contains a complex of vitamins. Mix 1 ml complex of liquid vitamins of group B and 5 drops of vitamin E. Then add 3 tablespoons. burdock oil and apply the resulting mixture to the hair for 1 hour.

Masks for hair growth can be combined, but do not use them more often 1 time per week.
