The spouses were adjusted to the fact that they would soon become parents and awaited the arrival of the obstetrician. But the process of birth began to develop faster than expected, and the doctor was not there. Then the young man, without thinking twice, began to help his wife. Photographer Robin Baker not only shot the moment of birth, but also helped double appear on this light.
The photographer notes that between fights and photography, he brought everything that is needed at the moment of the birth of the kids.
"I already have experience in such matters. After all, my wife and I also gave birth to our baby in the water, "Robin recalls with a smile.
The whole process Baker and the future father talked to a doctor who was stuck in a traffic jam. He told them how and what to do. Soon the husband of the woman in childbirth, without hesitation, began to perform the role of obstetrician.
The young mother was beside herself with happiness, when she held her first-born in her arms. After 30 minutes a second baby appeared. The most surprising thing here is that the baby was born in its amniotic cavity, in the placenta.
Robin Baker with tears of happiness in his eyes says that this photo session was memorable for him. He photographed about 70 births, but these left some special trace in the soul. "It's amazing when a woman listens to herself, her instincts, her body and gives preference to childbirth that will not harm the baby," the photographer says.
