The name of Roman Polanski is again on the front pages of newspapers. Alas, the talented French director did not withdraw the new movie masterpiece, but became a figurant in the next case about sexual harassment of a minor.
New investigation
US law enforcers who in 1977 could not hide Roman Polanski, accused of raping 13-year-old Samantha Gamer, behind bars, as the suspect fled the US, fearing a severe sentence, again became interested in the identity of the 84-year-old director.
Artist Marianne Barnard, said that in 1975, when she was 10 years old, she became a victim of depraved actions on the part of Polanski.
The statute of limitations of the crime, which the woman described, has expired, but members of the Los Angeles Police Department decided to investigate, hoping to find new episodes of Polanski's misbehavior.
A blatant incident
Barnard claims that the director persuaded her parents to agree to her photo session for a magazine on the beach in Malibu and, when her mother was away, began to persuade her to remove the top from the swimsuit, and then the melting, beginning to molest her. After the experience she suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and claustrophobia.
According to the artist, to tell the truth after so many years, she was inspired by the confessions of women who spoke against Harvey Weinstein.
The victim has already posted a petition on the Internet with the proposal to exclude Roman Polanski from the ranks of the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts.
Barnard became the eleventh woman who claims that Polanski molested her when she was a child.

The lawyer of Roman Polanski has already called the charges Barnard deceitful and asked the investigators to bring the fraudster to clean water.
