The maintenance and registration of a corner of experimentation in a kindergarten and other pre-school establishments
Folk wisdom says: "It is better to see once than hear a hundred times". That is why children's experimentation is of great importance in the development of preschool children . Experimental activity broadens our horizons, teaches us to establish cause-effect relationships, awakens curiosity, teaches us to observe, reflect and draw conclusions, and also observe the safety rules .
For the design of a corner of experimentation, various materials and instruments are used, namely:
- natural materials, such as: sand, sawdust, stones, shells, cones, acorns, dry leaves;
- some food products, for example, salt, sugar, flour, cereals, as well as plant seeds;
- thematic manuals, books of training character;
- devices for conducting experiments. Depending on the age of the babies, test tubes, magnets, magnifiers, microscopes, scales, syringes without needles, pipettes, wooden sticks, rubber pears, rulers and centimeter tapes are used;
- also colored paper, cardboard, scissors, fabrics, skin trim, fur;
- rubber toys, containers for storing various loose and non-free-flowing materials used to decorate the experimentation corner and so on;
- food colorings, gouache;
- For the kids of the older group in the corner, schemes and tables with algorithms for carrying out the experiments are placed.

In addition to the material base, it is very important to properly equip the experiment in the DOW. So there should be a place for instruments, educational literature, a diary of observations, conducting experiments, storing materials.
Also, other requirements must be taken into account in the clearance process. For example, when selecting equipment for the corner of experimentation in the DOW, it is necessary to take into account the level of development and age of the kids. In addition, safety measures and sanitary standards must be observed, and each child is familiar with the rules of conduct and the order of the experiment.
