Premature babies try on Superhero costumes!

The smallest Batman and Superman!

While lovers of horror and fun on the night of November 1 were preparing to break away on themed Halloween parties, choosing the terrifying costumes and make-up, the medical staff of the Saint Luke's Neonatal Intensive Care Units in Kansas, decided to arrange a "special" night for their little patients!

It is obvious that families, in which the baby is born before the due date, go through an emotionally complex stage in life. And if one couple manages to take the child from the hospital in a few days or weeks, that is, such parents, who have to wait for the baby to take care of up to several months. And in this period the most important thing for them is not to lose faith and feel support!

That's why several volunteers teamed up with the center's workers and made for the charming little tiny suits of superheroes - Superman, Batman, Captain America and other favorite characters, and three talented photographers captured these happy moments in a touching photo session.

"The opportunity to celebrate Halloween with their babies gives parents a sense of normal life, to which they so quickly want to return," says the head doctor of the neonatal center, Michelle Manuel. "We have given all mothers and dads to choose their own costume according to their character ..."

5. Kid the superhero

"... Well, the main thing is that we only have superhero costumes, which are our wards! Agree, for parents this is an additional incentive to believe and rejoice over your baby."
