Street brazier

Presence of a country plot with a dacha or even without it is a great opportunity to break out from a stuffy city into the bosom of nature in the hot summer and eat with your friends and relatives the delicious shish kebab prepared not in a snack bar near the road, but with your own hands in your own grill. And they are very different, and the most serious and capital ones are stationary street braziers made of brick and metal. Today we will talk about them.

Variants of street braziers

As already mentioned, the braziers are brick and metal. But this is only one criterion by which they can be classified. The role is also played by the sizes of the street brazier, its design, shape, manning.

Speaking of the latter, we have in mind the presence of a spit, a hook for the boiler, a grill for a barbecue, a brazier, a poker, metal tongs, a drovnitsa and so on.

Returning to the subject of the material of the fabrication, I want to evaluate two main options:

  1. Street brazier made of bricks - in addition to decorating the dacha, it is an excellent functional device for preparing outdoor dishes for a variety of dishes, and not just meat. The brick is refractory, has excellent heat conductivity and heat transfer. However, it is necessary to take into account the cons: the brick and mortar have different expansion coefficients when heated, so that over time the masonry can still collapse and give a crack. But this can be avoided if we resort to new modern solutions, invented specifically for such cases.
  2. A stationary fixed brazier made of metal is also a very loyal friend and companion in your country life. Basically, these braziers are made of cast iron, sometimes - by forging. Forged metal braziers are a work of art and an excellent decoration of the courtyard. And in the composition with a wrought-iron pergola is a delightful ensemble.
