Amazing news: the new UN envoy was a fictional character - a miracle woman. Sounds weird, does not it? But the most interesting lies ahead: the petition against the appointment of the character, which was played by the Israeli Gal Gadot, scored more than 7000 signatures!
The public was outraged by such a strange choice of "woman" for the post of UN envoy. The members of the UN that initiated the petition preferred to remain unknown, apparently fearing losing their jobs. They asked the head of the organization Ban Ki-moon to review the decision.
Literally in the first hours after placing a petition on the Web, she typed 600 signatures, and at the time of writing the material, under the appeal to Mr. Guy Moon, there were already 7020 people subscribed.
White woman with a too feminine figure
According to the authors of the petition, the image of the Wonder Woman is inexorably obsolete. It is possible that 75 years ago it could symbolize an independent, strong, feminist-minded woman, capable of standing up for herself. But at the moment this white beauty, with big breasts, long legs and a disproportionate figure, dressed in an obscene star-striped suit and high boots, can no longer be a symbol of the struggle for the rights of girls and women.

It turns out that the UN could not find a "living" woman who could do this important and honorable work. What does Mr. Ban Ki-moon think about this and the performer of the role of Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot, is still unknown.
