Wall reinforced concrete panels

When building any buildings and structures, the reinforced concrete wall panels are an indispensable element. They are used as bearing walls, they can serve for other auxiliary operations. Using such reinforced concrete panels, you can significantly accelerate the erection of the object. The erection of the exterior walls of the building is greatly simplified and facilitated with the use of such panels.

Reinforced concrete panels are used for the construction of residential buildings, office and industrial buildings. In addition, they are used as socle elements.

Types of reinforced concrete wall panels

Reinforced concrete wall panels are:

In addition, depending on the place of their application, the wall panels are external and internal. Most often, internal reinforced concrete wall panels are made by carriers, since they have a low load.

But the reinforced concrete exterior wall panels are self-supporting. And only in very rare cases, not reinforced concrete panels, but concrete screeds are used as carriers.

More often reinforced concrete wall panels are made by three-layered. The height of one panel varies between 4.68 - 5.64 meters, and the width is up to 3 meters. Plates are available in thicknesses up to 420 mm, 120 mm of them are covered with a layer of thermal insulation, 200 mm with an inner concrete layer and 100 mm with an outer layer. In the form of insulation foam polystyrene is used - a hard mineral wool. On the edges of these three-layer panels there are special outlets from the reinforcement, with which the plates are fastened together and with other elements.

Reinforced concrete panels are fully assembled or composed of separate structures, the assembly of which is made directly during installation on the construction site.
