Wow! A golden retriever was born a green puppy

Well, hello, Forest, a miracle of green color.

In Scotland, a golden retriever named Ryo gave birth to 9 puppies, among whom was here such a sweetie. The mistress of the dog, Louise Sutherland, did not hesitate to name his Forest (with the English "forest").

Louise notes that for the first few minutes she was in a state of shock from what she saw, but later it turned out that the unusual color of Forest is associated with the placenta. In fact, this is a rather rare phenomenon. Veterinarians say that this phenomenon is directly related to the intrauterine development of the baby. Wool gets a green color as a result of biliverdin, located in the placenta of the dog.

Fortunately, when baby Forest grows up, he does not have to hate himself for his unique color. As it turned out, it disappears within a few weeks after birth.
