The wedding seems such a short holiday, but you want to enjoy every moment, remember every moment of triumph and hear every warm word. It's good that you can do this a little later, browsing through photos and leafing through a wedding book of wishes made by yourself. - paper - 2 sheets of cardboard (24cm x 21cm), crinkled paper, a sheet of designer cardboard (22cm x 19cm), 12 sheets of thin white cardboard (23cm x 20cm), printed inscription "Wish Book";
- decorative elements - lace, braid, buckle, beads, flowers, fastening rings;
- tools - a hole punch, a figured punch, scissors, hot glue, double-sided scotch tape.
- The book of wishes begins with the hands from the cover, it is desirable to use colors that correspond to the color scheme of the wedding. We take a dense cardboard with a size of 24cm x 21cm and a paper with a size of 25cm x 28cm.
- We wrap the cardboard in a crumpled paper, evenly bending it on all sides, wrap the corners inside and glue it with hot glue.
- Turn around and the second sheet of cardboard - they will become the cover. Leaving 6 cm from the inner edge of the hole punch, we make holes for the fastening rings.
- After creating the basics, the question arises, how to make the wish book original. To do this, we begin to "conjure" over the front cover. Attach to it a two-sided adhesive tape on the center of a sheet of designer paper approximately 22cm x 19cm.
- Under the level of the lower hole for the ring, turn the page in lace, fix the ends on the back side with glue.
- We brighten the light lace with braid, you can decorate it with a small decorative buckle. Again, fix glue from the back side.
- Now you need to hide all the rough work - a regular sheet of white cardboard with a size of 23cm x 20cm glue to a double-sided tape on the back.
- Printed in advance, the inscription "Book of wishes" is cut out to make a fragment about 10cm x 15cm. Figured puncher decorate the edges. The workpiece is hidden at one angle under the lace and glued.
- Usually made with their own hands (in the modern world this is called scrapbooking), wish books are supplemented by voluminous elements. Take the white artificial flowers and place them on the cover.
- We will supplement them with small elements - roses, leaves, beads.
- The cover is ready, now we take the remaining 10 sheets of white cardboard, make holes in them, fasten the cover and pages with rings.
- The design of the pages of the book of wishes can consist in decorating with patterns, creating carved corners, filling with interesting questions for guests and facts about the bride and groom. Whatever you come up with - a hand-made book of wishes will be exclusive and unrepeatable!
