Potatoes are cooked in a "uniform". It is important not to overdo it so that the tubers do not begin to fall apart. We cool, clean, cut into cubes, as well as pickled cucumbers. Opytata is thrown back to the colander and cut, if large, to the size of potato cubes. Finely chop the onions. Mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper, oil. How to cook potato salad with herring? Onion cut into thin rings. Beat whisk oil, vinegar and sugar. Fill the onion, cover and insist for about an hour. Potatoes are boiled in a "uniform", cleaned and cut into cubes with a side of 1 cm. Beans (do not thaw!) Throw into boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes - until soft. For the sauce, chop the dill into the blender, add the juice of half a lemon, cream, yogurt and mustard, beat. Fill half of the potatoes received, mix, and let stand for 10 minutes.

Remove the core from the apple and cut into small plates. Add to the potatoes together with pickled onion, beans, sliced ​​herring. Stir, pour the remaining sauce.

Potatoes (in "uniform") and meat boil in salted water, cut into cubes. Half a cup of meat broth is left for the sauce. Onion finely chopped and fried in butter until transparent. Remove from heat, add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of broth, enter the yolk. Return to a small fire and, stirring intensively, bring the sauce until thick. Add mustard, remaining broth, pepper, salt. We give a boil and remove from the fire.

Mix in a salad bowl cut into halves, olives, potatoes and meat. Dress with sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
