- hips - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- oregano - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- herb St. John's wort - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- black tea - 2 teaspoons;
- water - 1 liter.
Preparation and use
To boil water. The roots of elecampane and wild rose berries pour 500 ml of boiling water, put warm on low heat for 20 minutes. After the allotted time, add the remaining herbs and another 500 ml of hot water. Keep on a quiet fire for 60 minutes. The resulting broth filter, use it as the basis for brewing tea. You can drink the solution throughout the day.
