Intervertebral hernia - treatment with folk remedies

As a rule, pathology is subject to surgical intervention, but there are other effective methods by which the intervertebral hernia is eliminated - treatment with folk remedies is a partial alternative to the operation.

Folk remedies for intervertebral hernia in the form of compresses

Recipe with clay:

  1. The natural red clay is mixed with water in such proportions that a dense plastic mass is obtained.
  2. Form a mixture of cakes of the desired diameter, a thickness of 1-3 cm.
  3. Wrap the clay with a gauze cloth and heat to a temperature of 36-38 degrees.
  4. Apply a compress on the area with a hernia, cover the top with a clean cloth, a plastic wrap and fix with adhesive plaster.
  5. After cooling the cake, take it off and rest for half an hour.

Folk remedy for intervertebral hernia of horse fat:

  1. Cut a square of a suitable size out of a plastic bag so that it completely covers the painful area.
  2. Grate the horse fat and pour on the workpiece in a layer of 3-5 mm.
  3. Cover the compress with a thin layer of gauze, attach to the affected area.
  4. Secure the product with plaster, leave for 24-48 hours.

Folk methods of treatment of intervertebral hernia with the help of massage

Honey grind:

  1. Ether the comfrey or St. John's wort oil before the massage.
  2. Vigorously rub your back to warm your muscles.
  3. Perform a massage using thick natural honey for 8 minutes.
  4. Directly in the area where there is a pain, rub alcoholic tincture of the saber.

The recipe for the mummy:

  1. Along the spine, rub a little fir.
  2. Make a massage using a mixture of honey and mummies (per 100 g of product - 1 tablet or 1 g of natural component). Preliminarily you can soften the mummy in warm water.

Ornithogalum preparation:

You can also prepare external drugs based on horse fat. For this, the product is melted in a water bath and mixed with 3-5 drops of essential oils of the saber, fir or juniper.
