How to make a kitchen?
In our case, sheets of particleboard and rails are used.
- Before you make a kitchen, we will open the parts of the cabinet on the sheet and cut them out.
- Further, each edge we will glue with a special edge edging. He is put on a furniture glue and is ironed.
- To connect the parts of the cabinet we will use wooden choppers. First, we make holes in one of the walls, to which the side parts will be attached.
- Then, in exactly the same order, make holes in the end of the side parts, which we will attach to the back wall. To ensure that the entire assembly is assembled without problems, there is a special device for assembling the kitchen, it is like a ruler, it helps to make the same step between chopics.
- In the photo you can see what the blank looks like for the kitchen cabinet , now you can make the assembly. We literally insert details as a designer.
- Based on the height of the cabinet, we picked up several different height boxes, each for its purpose. According to the measurements we attach the sliding system guides to the cabinet walls.
- Then we collect the boxes ourselves and attach the second part of the guides to the outside walls. It is important to remember that between the boxes there should be a distance sufficient for the overhead parts of the facade.
- As a result, you will be able to make the kitchen yourself, as the principle of manufacture is completely preserved for the upper part of the kitchen wall.
- Next, you can make the front of the kitchen, as required by the general design idea.
