How to cook pork ribs in the oven?

Pork ribs mine, we dry and cut off excess fat from them and live. From the sauce, vinegar, butter, sugar and paprika we make a marinade and fill it with ready-made ribs. Leave the ribs in the marinade for the night, then put them on a baking tray and place in a preheated oven to 160 degrees, without forgetting to cover it with foil beforehand. After 45 minutes, the ribs will be ready. Next, remove the foil, the temperature in the oven is raised to 210 degrees and we continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Finished ribs should be left to lie down for 10 minutes.

The oven is heated to 160 degrees. In the brazier, pour a little oil and fry the ribs on it until you get a light golden hue. We lay out the meat on a plate, and in the brazier we put slices of bacon and fry the mashed garlic on the stale fat. Add flour and tomato paste , pour in the wine and broth. As soon as the mixture becomes homogeneous, we lay ribs, rosemary, bay leaf, and cover everything with a lid. Put the dish in the oven for 2 hours. After the time, we serve the dish to the table, sprinkled with parsley.

Baked ribs in foil in the oven

Oven reheat to 160 degrees. We put the ribs on a baking sheet and we savor the spices from both sides. We mix sugar, rubbed in a paste of garlic, whiskey, vinegar thyme and anise in a saucepan. We put the marinade on the fire and warm it up a bit, after which we pour ribs on them and cover the dish with foil. We prepare the ribs for 1.5 hours under the foil, after which we remove the foil and continue cooking the same period of time, until the meat starts to easily move away from the bone and does not cover with glaze.

By analogy, you can bake ribs in the oven in the sleeve, only after 1.5 hours the sleeve will have to be cut so that the sauce is glazed.

Recipe for mutton ribs in the oven

Rub lamb ribs with salt and pepper, and then pour a mixture of sesame oil, beer and hot sauce. Leave the ribs to marinate for at least 3 hours (ideally 6-8), after which the marinade is drained, and the ribs are placed on a baking tray and baked under foil for 2 1/2 hours at 120 degrees. We evaporate the marinade in half, add garlic and vinegar to it. After 2 1/2 hours, grease the ribs sauce every 5-6 minutes, raising the temperature in the oven to 200 degrees. Once the ribs are covered with glaze - they are ready to serve.
