  2. Vitaminotherapy with increased content of group B. Excellent effect produces injections of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) for 60 days.
  3. Local exfoliation of the keratinized skin by means of salt baths with the addition of sodium chloride, trituration of the skin with salicylic vaseline, lanolin, fat vegetable oils.
  4. Application of creams with urea, concentration - not less than 10%.
  5. Rubbing of retinoic ointment in the affected area (2 times a day). The course should be about 3 months.
  6. Heliotherapy.
  7. Irradiation with ultraviolet.
