How to install sliding interior doors?

The standard equipment of the mechanism contains the following parts: aluminum profile, supporting and outboard rollers, locking elements and directly door leaf. Tools you must have your own, otherwise you will have to contact the specialists in the installation of interior doors. Before you make sliding doors you need to buy certain tools. To install interior sliding doors you will need the following set:
- pencil;
- roulette;
- level;
- hammer and wooden wedges;
- screwdriver / drill;
- hexagon.
Now you can proceed directly to the installation. We will perform it in several stages:
- Collect the false box. It will serve to decorate the doorway. Insert the wooden structure in the opening and secure it with wedges. Wedges gently hammer into the gap between the wall and the box.
- Check the installation for plumb and level.
- Start assembling the sliding system. Using a pencil, mark the places to which the fastening will be made. Drill holes in these places and fasten screw screws with a screwdriver.
- Insert the roller holder into the attached structure. Attach to it rollers for the sliding system (two pieces).
- For convenience of opening the door, attach the cutting handle.
- Attach the metal profile to the previously prepared cut of the tree.
- Insert the rollers into the prepared guide. Be sure to adjust the blade to the level and gaps.
- Above the doorway, fix the wooden beam with the guide and the inserted doors.
- Attach the guide rail to the bottom of the beam. At the edges of the rail, make the door stops.
- In the lower end of the door leaf, cut the groove for the flag roller, which will protect the door from vibrations. This video is attached to the floor.
- Fill the technological clearances between the wooden box and the opening of the mounting foam.
- Close the decorative false panel with the rollers and guide. As a rule, such a panel comes complete with a door and corresponds to its coloring. Clear the gaps between the door and the opening. )
