The floor is an uncomplicated construction, which is a vertical guide on which the shelves are located. Usually the frame does not have a back and side walls, some shelves can be closed. Collect such furniture at home is not difficult.
Preparation for work
The case will be wooden, so you need a dry beam and plywood (boards) for shelves, wood screws, nazhdachka with different grain sizes, wood glue, varnish, brushes. The section of the beam is approximately 40x40 mm. As a tool you need to stock up a saw or electric jigsaw, drill, grinder (can be replaced with ordinary sandpaper).

First you need to prepare 4 racks, then connect them with auxiliary beams, on which the shelves will be fastened. The corner shelf with its own hands and wood stands on 3 pillars.
How to make a bookcase of wood with your own hands?
In our case, we will produce a more complex case with a closed shelf.
- Start with the closed element. It will need 6 sheets of plywood. They need to be cut to the right size.
- Join them together in a box, fix and fasten them with screws to the wood.
- Inside the box make a marking, install the fastening elements of the shelf.
- Install the back wall and the shelf in the "box".
- All holes drilled by the drill must be covered with wooden plugs. To do this, apply glue in the hole, hammer the plug, the excess part is sawn off.
- Start processing vertical racks. Make cuts for future closed and open shelves, grind the base.
- "Niche" in the rack for the closed box is smeared with glue. Seat it on the glue, then on the screws.
- This workpiece is attached to the second pair of posts in the same way.
- The sides are ground. The remaining shelves are inserted.
- The door of the box can be decorated with ornaments.
- The frame of the product can also be brisk. Then it will be painted with varnish.
