  1. First we make the first elements of our Kanzashi butterfly - wings of round petals. We cut from the tapes into 2 4x4 cm squares. We take one square of each color and add it diagonally into triangles.
  2. Put these 2 triangles on each other, add them in half, so that the inner triangle a little peeking.
  3. Now wrap up to the lower corner of the combined parts free side corners and grab them with tweezers.
  4. Cut off the ends of the petal, designated in the photo circle, treat them with the flame of the cigarette lighter and tie them together to glue together. Cutting the bottom of the workpiece, indicated on the photo by a line, also quickly draw the flame of the lighter and press it. There are two such blanks to make.
  5. Now we proceed to perform other butterfly elements in Kansas technique - wings from sharp petals. Again, take 2 squares of ribbons of each color. We stack each of them diagonally, and then again diagonally.
  6. Place two triangles of different colors one on top of the other, so that all sides coincide, and the angle looks up.
  7. Fingers grab the side corners of the triangles and fold them together.
  8. We process the resulting preform with the flame of the lighter and compress, cutting the ends of the parts marked on the photo by a circle, and the lower part, indicated by a line. There are two such blanks to make.
  9. We connect all four preforms-wings at the tips with a needle and thread: first a round petal, then two sharp ones and again round.
  10. Stringing on the wire three large beads, we get the body of a butterfly. Cut off the ends of the wire, leaving 2 cm free from the beads. We string on the very edge of the bead - the insect antennae, fixing them with glue.
  11. On the back of the future barrette we glue in the middle of the stick. Then we attach the hairpin to it.
