Attractions in La Pineda
As the largest of the three resorts of Costa Dorada , La Pineda has its own attractions worthy of attention. The symbol of the resort is a monument to Mediterranean pine trees. This metal decorative installation is located on the central street of the city. Past the work of the designer Shavier Mariscal are those who go to the central municipal beach of Playa de la Pineda.
In the vicinity of La Pineda there is another attraction - the Tower of Torre den Dolc. This building dates back to the 14th century. Two walls of the structure are preserved, and the third is being reconstructed.
But the most popular tourist destination in La Pineda is Aquapolis. This modern entertainment complex is spread over 110 thousand square meters.
