LED Lighting

Modern designers use different ways to decorate rooms. These can be paintings of popular artists, stylish vases, candlesticks, photo frames and other cute little things. All these details emphasize the comfort of the room and express the mood of the owners of the apartment. But if the house wants to create a sense of mystery, then it is better to resort to diode lighting. Due to the huge assortment of lamps, ribbons, cords and ordinary LED lamps, the variability of the illumination methods is significantly increased. This allows you to experiment with highlighting different parts of the room.

A bit of theory

LEDs are indicated by the abbreviation LED, which stands for "Light Emitting Diode", that is, a diode that emits light. The glow is formed due to the passage of current through a semiconductor colored crystal. The crystal is placed in a metal cup, which serves as a cathode-reflector. The design is filled with a colorless compound and placed on a printed circuit board of a certain shape. In comparison with ordinary incandescent lamps, LEDs have several advantages, namely:

Diode lighting of apartments

So, in what cases does diode band lighting become particularly relevant? Several situations can be distinguished:

  1. Contour lighting of the ceiling. If the apartment has a multi-level ceiling , then it certainly needs to be illuminated with LED lamps. This will give the room volume and depth, emphasize the unusual design of the ceiling.
  2. Kitchen. To expand the space of a small kitchen and create a dynamic design, you can use diode lamps fixed in the tube. They can be placed above the working area, under a hanging cupboard or hood.
  3. Walls. Niches , places for fastening curtains, protrusions on the walls - all this can be emphasized by an unusual illumination. Use lighting with diode tapes and your walls will transform beyond recognition.

Please note that this method should be used in a dosage, otherwise your house will resemble a disco-hall in which everything overflows and flashes. A weak glow emanating from the wall or ceiling will look unobtrusive and organic.
