Paint Sprayer

A paint sprayer is an excellent alternative to using a paint brush or roller. As a rule, it is used if it is necessary to perform a large amount of painting.

There are types of sprayers: manual, electric, pneumatic, airless.

Hand spray gun for paint

This is the simplest type of sprayer, which is used when painting surfaces with water-based paints . Its advantages are low price and ease of use. The drawbacks include low color quality and limited productivity.

Electric spray gun for paint

The atomizer is equipped with a miniature pump that does not use air. It works by using electricity. Staining is done by a thin stream of paint, which comes under very high pressure.

Pneumatic spray gun for paint

This type of sprayer is used most often. Its operation takes place under the influence of the compressor in the following way: the compressed air penetrates into the container with the paint, which is then pushed out to the surface under high pressure through the nozzle. With a pneumatic sprayer, thicker and more dense paints can be used.

Airless paint sprayer

Airless spray is used for painting large surfaces. The paint is fed under very high pressure (up to 300 Bar) through the hose to a small hole in the tip of the paint spray gun. You can use different types of nozzles for a particular coloring: dotted, narrow or wide stripe.

The downside is that some small ink particles can settle in the area adjacent to the working surface area.

The sprayer for paint can greatly facilitate your task when carrying out painting.
