Blowing in half the blue plums, removing us unnecessary bones. We place them around the bottom of the multivark, add a little water, turn on the "Hot" mode and boil the fruit for 7 minutes. We turn off the appliance and we already move the softened plums into the large bowl of the blender, in which we turn them into puree. We send it back to the multivark, fill up the necessary amount of white granulated sugar and turn on the "Varka" mode. Remove the scum when boiling our jam and continue to cook it in the programmed mode for 18 minutes. After that, we introduce into the already thickened jam the ground cinnamon, mix the spatula and cook the delicacy for another 4 minutes. Now we enter here the melted butter in the microwave and hold the jam in the included multivarker for 4 minutes, and then it can be turned off. We distribute the jam over the cans processed over the steam and tightly seal them with boiled lids.

The recipe for a thick plum jam in a multivarquet with gelatin

Ingredients:

Preparation

Plums are immersed in a container of boiling water and blanched for 2 minutes. Next, throw the contents into a deep colander and when the fruit is slightly cooled, remove the peel from them, remove the bones, and put the pulp itself in the prepared bowl of the blender and in it, until homogeneity is crushed. We shift this delicate plum gruel into a multivark and pour small sugars into it together with a small amount of citric acid. Mix with a wooden or silicone spatula, activate the "Varka" mode and immediately set the timer for 35 minutes. 2 minutes before the signal will work, we pour into the multivark with plum jam, dissolved in a small amount of warm water gelatin and, mixing, distribute it throughout the tasty fruit mass.

As soon as the signal will let know that the jam is ready, immediately begin to lay it out on a sterile, glass container, which is immediately corked for the winter.

Apple-plum jam in the multivariate

Ingredients:

Preparation

Slices of half-finished white plums and slices, with the carved core of fragrant apples, we move into the deep bowl of our multivarquet and uniformly cover the fruit with fine, white sugar. We take a spatula, we mix all the contents of the bowl of the appliance, activate the "Quenching" mode and program the time on the timer for 1.5 hours.

While jam is preparing, we recommend stirring it every 20-25 minutes.

When the preset cooking time expires, directly into the bowl of the multivarker, immerse the blender and crush it with fruit pieces into a homogeneous, beautiful jam. We reset the mode to "Varka" and cook the treat for 4 minutes. Next, we distribute everything by roasting in the oven to the banks and immediately roll them.
