The discovery of rubber shoes, we are indebted to the South American Indians, who used rubber, including to protect the feet from moisture and dirt. The English, suffering from a damp and rainy climate, perfected this invention, having gained experience also from ancient galls, who put protective cases over sandals.
Once the Englishman Sir Radley received a patent for an invention, which was a shoe made of a material impregnated with the juice of rubber. She kept her feet dry and warm. But from the temperature drops the boots cracked and spread. It was urgent to change something.
And then the famous Charles Goodyear comes out on the stage, who, in a series of endless experiments to create a more durable and durable rubber, discovered vulcanization. And the era of rubber began: it produced not only shoes, but also many other things.
In Russia, the first rubber shoes were galoshes. Workers and professors walked freely in them. But by the mid-20th century, demands, especially of the fair-half, began to increase, and then the manufacturers began to come up with more and more models of galoshes. First - with a notch for the heel, then - with new elements: lining, strap on the heel and so on.

But the first bright and really beautiful rubber boots for women was invented by the Italian fashion designer Elia Ferrucci. He transformed ordinary boring models, adding bright colors and drawings. It became a sensation of that time. Although on the podiums and in the broad masses such painted models brought out another designer - Emilio Pucci .
Since then, there have been a number of changes, for example, there were models of rubber shoes on laces. They are more feminine and fit almost any clothing: sports, everyday, office.
Rubber women's lace-up shoes have all kinds of colors, prints, decor. There are models on a low stroke and on a small heel, which makes them even more elegant.
But the most exclusive models are transparent rubber shoes with laces. They appeared relatively recently, but are already very popular. And it is not surprising, because in them the leg seems so refined, and with the help of a socks and golf shoes of different colors you can always create your own unique images.
