Aching in low back pain

Pain in the lower back is a frequent occurrence. They can be called a kind of a person's payment for the uprightness, since the lumbar spine has the maximum load. Muscle spasm

Usually occurs with a long stay in an uncomfortable position (leaning in the summer work, doing sedentary work in one position), as well as with unusual strong physical exertion.

Lumbar osteochondrosis

With this disease, there are pulling and aching pains in the lumbar region, which can give to the legs. The pain increases with a sharp change in body position and with a long stay in one position.

Sciatica or lumbosacral radiculitis

Disease, which occurs due to pinching and later inflammation of the roots of the nerve. Often develops against a background of osteochondrosis. The pain in this case can be either acute or aching, often giving up under the waist, in the butt and leg, usually only on one side of the body. When you change the position of the body, pain can be worse.

Intervertebral hernia

A serious disease in which the spinal cord fragments fall out or protrude into the vertebral canal, followed by rupture of the fibrous ring and protrusion of the gelatinous nucleus. In this case, there is a constant aching pain in the lower back, there may be outbreaks of acute pain, numbness of the limbs.

In medicine, secondary causes of pain in the lower back include those that are not directly related to diseases of the spine, but are caused by diseases of internal organs, infections or trauma.

Kidney Diseases

With inflammatory diseases of the kidneys, first of all, pyelonephritis, aching pain in the lower back is one of the most common symptoms. In renal colic, aching pain in the loin is rarely seen, usually precedes an acute attack, and the localization of pain on the right or left, depending on which kidney is affected.

Diseases of the female reproductive system

With inflammation of the ovaries, aching pains in the lower back can be observed only on one side and not constantly, but periodically. In addition, many women have shivering aching lower back pains during menstruation.
