Visa to Finland for Ukrainians

Finland is one of the countries of the Schengen agreement, therefore the Finnish consulate issues both national and Schengen visas. A national visa is issued if the visa conditions do not correspond to the Schengen Agreement, for example, by the length of stay.

Documentation

It requires a different package of documents for a Finnish visa for Ukrainians employed in the organization, and for citizens working as an individual entrepreneur.

For Ukrainian citizens working for hire, the following package of documents will be needed:

1. Passport, valid for at least 3 months from the end of the trip.

2. The photo is colored.

The photo for the Finnish visa must meet strict requirements:

3. Certificate of employment.

In the certificate must be required to specify all the data without exception:

4. A copy of the certificate of incorporation of the employer's company.

5. The internal passport of the citizen of the Ukarina. The copy should be removed from all pages, even if they are not filled.

6. A copy of the previous visas.

7. A copy of the marriage certificate. If the marriage was terminated, you will have to bear the certificate of divorce.

8. What is most often forgotten is the documents confirming the solvency. These include not only a certificate from the place of work (it was mentioned above):

9. Questionnaire.

The questionnaire can be filled in on-line on the official website. This is convenient because pop-up messages will help in the filling. The system will automatically generate a personal page with a barcode, which you will need to print along with the questionnaire and attach to the documents.

To apply for a visa to Finland for Ukrainian citizens working for the IP, it will be necessary to collect the same package of documents with the exception of items 3 and 4. Instead, they will have to be provided with:

1. Certificate of registration (copy).

2. An extract from the tax for two quarters, and for a single tax payer - a copy of the certificate.

3. Have to make a copy of the income report (which is provided in the tax).

4. An account statement on the availability of funds.

Special provisions

Attention!

A visa to Finland for Ukrainians with two passports is issued only if there are originals and copies of both passports! All references from work must be completed by the date not later than a week before the documents are submitted to the embassy.

Not everyone pays attention to the presence of a signature on credit cards. Before making a copy, make sure that your signature is on the card!

When collecting documents for a Finnish visa, Ukrainians should be especially careful: they are not allowed to deliver documents after they are handed over to the embassy. The visa will be refused and will have to collect all the documents again.
