Types of aluminum blinds
- Horizontal or cassette , as they are also called, aluminum blinds are lightweight and surprisingly strong. They have a colored vinyl cover, which gives these blinds high resistance to external factors. Thanks to this technology, external aluminum blinds have been created, which are used both in administrative buildings and in the windows of country houses.
- Vertical aluminum blinds meet general sanitary requirements and are therefore often used inside public buildings, for example, hospitals, clinics or industrial premises. They perfectly regulate natural illumination, are resistant to fire, are durable and easy to operate. Such blinds are produced in a wide color spectrum, so they will fit organically into any interior of the room.
Especially on plastic windows, aluminum cassettes were designed, which are mounted close to the glass. For control, a chain is used, located either on the right or on the left. The colors of such aluminum blinds can be very different.
The disadvantages of aluminum vertical blinds include increased noise in the case when the blinds are in a draft.
