Beaches of Estonia

Estonia is washed by the Baltic Sea, located between the Finnish and the Gulf of Riga , so it has a lot of beautiful beaches. Beaches of Tallinn

In Tallinn there are five official beaches:

1. Pirita . The most popular metropolitan beach. In addition to vacationers there are always many yachtsmen. The beach itself is perfectly landscaped: cafes, restaurants, scooter rental, a golf course and attractions for children. You can also rent a boat or catamaran.
2. Shtroomi . The beach is located in the north of the capital, on the Copley peninsula. On this beach is always a lot of tourists. In addition, the beach has an equipped picnic area. For those who like beach sports there are several venues for volleyball, basketball and beach football. Shtroomi, is located on the Baltic Sea, so a boat trip on a catamaran or boat will be a great pleasure. You can have a snack in one of the many restaurants.
3. Pikakari . The beach is located next to the former industrial zone, so in picturesqueness it is inferior to other beaches. Its main virtue is depth. On the one hand, this place is absolutely not suitable for rest with children, but on the other - it is a great place for those who like to swim and dive. 4. Kakumäe . It is located next to the private sector, on the outskirts of the city. 5. Harku . The beach is located on the shore of the lake, from which it got its name. Harku is divided into two parts - a clean sandy beach and a green area. Other beaches of Estonia

In addition to the capital's beaches in Estonia, there are other worthy tourists:

1. Perakyula . The beach is in the city of Haapsalu . This beach is known for a good sandy beach and a lot of places prepared for the fire, that is, organizing a picnic. Also on Perakula is popular camping, perhaps, so there are so few cafes and entertainment. The length of Perakul is 2 km, it is perfect for hiking.
