Eyeglasses

Any glasses should perform not only their main function (vision correction or sun protection), but also serve as a worthy accessory. We are all very different, and the glasses, chosen according to the shape of the face, will help to visually adjust its features, emphasize virtues and hide faults (or what you think are disadvantages).

Selecting glasses according to the shape of the face - how to make the right choice?

It's not a secret for anyone that glasses should be selected based on their external data:

  1. The shape of glasses for a round face . The main task of glasses with a round face is to visually stretch it and emphasize the eyes. Ideal fit rectangular, square, and any angular shape of the frame. To focus on the cheekbones will help the frame with elongated corners, but it should not be wider than the face. But that's categorically impossible, so these are round glasses - they will not add to the slender face.
  2. Points for a square face . Outstanding jaw, square chin and broad forehead are characteristic for a square face. These traits can be smoothed and emphasized femininity by round or oval glasses, including "aviators". The main thing is that they are not wider than the face. Avoid angular shapes, otherwise you risk making your face even more square. Give preference to dark and colored frames.
  3. The shape of glasses for the oval face . The owner of an oval face, considered ideal, can safely try all shapes of glasses - round, rectangular, with bright decor, butterflies, cat's. Select the frame so that its width is slightly wider than the face or strictly in its width, and its upper line was on the eyebrow line. Do not fit only too massive glasses - they will make the facial features too small, in other words, the face will simply not be visible, even despite the ideal proportions.
  4. Points for a triangular face . A triangular face (in the form of a heart) is characterized by a broad forehead and pointed chin, and our task here is to distract attention from the forehead and emphasize the features of the lower part of the face. "Cat's" glasses or butterfly glasses will help balance the upper and lower parts. Avoid too massive frames with numerous decor elements, and it is better to prefer minimalistic and light frames. The possessor of the person in the form of an inverted triangle (if the massive chin and cheekbones) is the ideal option - a semimodal frame, that is, without the lower part.
