National Parks of Costa Rica

La Amistad National Park

The park is located on the territory of two countries (Costa Rica and Panama) and is considered an international park. La Amistad has a rather complex terrain due to the mountain range of the Cordillera de Talamanca and its foot, so the territory of the park has been studied little. Among the most interesting animals encountered here, it is worth noting the giant anteater, kvezal, red-headed samirri, as well as many varieties of wild cats.
