How to apply for a passport at 14?
From the moment of execution of the fourteenth birthday, in order to obtain a passport, it is necessary to submit documents in addition to the application, which confirm his Russian citizenship . A birth certificate or a corresponding note in it confirms the document confirming citizenship, its passport, and also the passport of the legal representative (parents, guardian, etc.), in which the child's data is entered. If such a document is not available, then the passport of the Russian Federation at the age of 14 can be obtained only after obtaining citizenship. To do this, the legal representative must apply at the place of residence to register the citizenship of the child or to confirm it, in accordance with the Regulations "On the Procedure for Considering Issues of Citizenship of the Russian Federation" approved by the President of November 14, 2002, No. 1325.
With the collection of documents you need to hurry up or collect in advance, since after the birthday, when the child turns 14, they must be submitted in the 30th period to the Federal Migration Service of Russia.
