For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar until the air foam, then add the melted and cooled cream butter beforehand and beat again. Next, sift in small portions of flour with a baking powder and start a soft plastic dough. We remove it for a while on the shelf of the refrigerator and start preparing the fill. In the end, you must get a loose mass, which is well molded. If you can not form a ball from it, then add a tablespoon of sour cream or another yolk and mix again.

The resulting short dough is distributed on the bottom of the oiled form, forming the sides, covered with parchment, covered with peas or beans and baked at 195 degrees for ten to twelve minutes.

Mix the blackberries with a half of sugar and put them on the bottom of the sand form. We rub off a little more sugar and fill it with a filling. For its preparation, the eggs are mixed with sour cream, the rest of the sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and stir to uniformity with the corolla.
