Mounting of suspended ceilings

1. We set the guiding profiles along the perimeter of the bathroom. The laser level is set to 15-20 cm below the ceiling itself and with a pencil we make a mark along the laser beam.
2. We measure the size of the profile and cut off the excess with metal scissors. Apply the straps to the wall, drill the holes with the step 50-60 cm, insert the dowels and screw the screws into them. The level of the established profile is checked.
3. Apply 4 suspensions in the center of the ceiling a meter apart from each other and drill holes. Fix the suspension with dowels with screws and check the position of the fastening level.
4. The most important part in the process of installing a suspended ceiling rack with your own hands is the installation of traverses. Screwdriver we fasten two load-carrying tires to already fixed suspensions, at the profile level about the perimeter. Level check their position.
5. We proceed, directly, to the installation of a suspended lath ceiling. We measure the length of the rails according to the size of the ceiling and cut them with metal scissors.
6. We insert the aluminum slats in the profile along the perimeter and fix them on the traverse. So we move along the entire ceiling.
