Hot sandwiches with sprats

Eggs beat up with milk and spices and fry an ordinary omelet, constantly stirring the egg mixture in a frying pan. On a piece of black bread, a thin layer of smeared cream cheese, put the leaves of watercress, then the prepared omelet and several fish.
