  1. Sea salt (a teaspoon) is added to a container of water (two glasses). Water can be boiled, melted or distilled.
  2. Use of two spoonfuls of salt on a glass of water is recommended for those working in highly dusty production areas.
  3. Weak solution of 2 tablespoons of salt per liter of water. This remedy is most suitable for cleansing the nose with sinusitis and for gargling with inflammation.

How do I wash my nose with sea water?

Now you can find many devices that make it easier to clean the nose. It is best to resort to the help of a vessel-watering can, which looks like a small teapot. When using it, care must be taken not to damage the nasal cavity. There are several options for irrigation of the nose with sea water. The most effective of them:

  1. Lowering his head over the sink and slightly tilting it aside to pour into the nasal passage solution from the watering can.
  2. Thus it is necessary to try, that a liquid left from other nostrils.
  3. To prevent water from entering the lungs, breathing should be delayed.
  4. Changing the position of the head, the procedure is repeated.

To cleanse the nasopharynx, the solution is injected into the nostrils in a large amount and spit out through the mouth.
