Psychotypes in Psychology

  1. The first sign reflects the relationship of man to the world - extravert and introvert types.
  2. The second sign reflects the way information is received - sensory and intuitive types.
  3. The following criterion divides people into a thinking and feeling type.
  4. The last sign determines the attitude to life - the decisive and perceptive types.

All these 4 pairs of preferences form 16 combinations - 16 personality psychotypes.

Types of psychotypes

They are enterprising, adapt easily to everything new, are not afraid of risk. However, extroverts are influenced and easily persuasive, prone to rash actions.
  2. Introverted type. Such people are focused on their own inner world, from where they draw energy. They are low-contact, prefer a narrow circle of friends, are prone to loneliness, reserved. It is rather difficult for them to adapt to new circumstances. They are seldom distracted, they know how to listen and concentrate, but they are rather conservative and stubborn.
  3. Sensory type. Perceive information with facts, literally and consistently. They prefer exact questions and answers, like to deal with figures and facts, are inclined to concrete actions, rather than to reflections.
  4. Intuitive type. Such people receive information figuratively. They are guided by the future, like to fantasize and reflect, rather than act.
  5. Thinking type. This is the psychotype of men. That's the majority of men are of this type. These people objectively and impartially make decisions, do not lose self-control, are always restrained and unperturbed. Numbers and numbers are well remembered, rely on scientifically grounded facts.
