Wood species have different colors, moisture resistance and hardness. Coniferous species are not used for finishing the floor, as they are too soft. The most demanded is a parquet of oak, walnut, ash, cherry, beech.

Regardless of the chosen method of laying a piece of parquet, before the beginning of installation the finishing of all other surfaces (ceiling, walls), communications has already been done. The floor must be flat, permissible deviations - 1 mm / sq. M. The layers should look like the following:
- First of all, the old concrete covering is being repaired, which involves laying waterproofing and filling the screed in 4-5 cm.
The horizontal coverage is easy to check with a level and spatula.
- We proceed to priming the floor.
- The next step is the preliminary laying of waterproof plywood.
Trimming is easily done with a jigsaw.
The plates are fixed to the floor by means of special glue and fixing with hardware. Plywood must be well pinned to the base.
- In this case, diagonal styling will be performed. We put a special adhesive mixture on the parquet strips, according to the marking, begin the installation by gluing and nailing.
Parquet is very easily cut, do not forget about dressing the seams.
