Claire spoke about the difficult period in her life

The 33-year-old actress began her interview by telling about a drama she had survived quite recently. This story concerns her husband - the actor of the movie Stephen Campbell, because a little more than a year ago he was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor. This is how Foi recalls that episode of his life:

"When in December 2016 Steven was told that he had a tumor in his head, I did not know what to do. Thoughts were only about one thing: I will become a widow or still he will manage to survive. The worst thing is that at that time I was busy shooting in the TV movie "The Crown" and could not be with my husband. Every time I talked on Skype with my family, I saw an alarm in their eyes. This I will never forget, because she reminded me that in my life there can be a tragedy. Thank God that everything worked out and Stephen became easier after the treatment. I think that it, just as heaven protects me. "

After that, Claire decided to tell that in her life, too, was a similar case:

"You know, the situation with serious illnesses is very sobering. You understand that no you are not the center of the universe, but just a man whose life can be cut off one day. When I was 17 I experienced a similar illness. I was diagnosed with a benign tumor on the eye. During the year I took various medications, went to treatment and underwent several surgeries. However, when this test was over, I realized that life made me stronger. Then I finally decided to realize my dream - to go to learn acting skills. Immediately after the end of treatment, I entered the courses and successfully graduated. After this test, I became what I am now. "

Foy told about her work in the TV movie "The Crown"

After the sad stories from personal life were told, Claire decided to tell about how she worked in the television series "Crown": "

"Of course, signing the contract that I will play Elizabeth II, I could not be distracted by anything, even if I was waiting for a sick husband at home. I knew that in this way I would lead the entire film crew and producers, because a serial with such great characters is on the line. We received a lot of positive feedback, but the daily work is so exhausting that even this state of affairs is not encouraging. Quite often I catch myself thinking that I would like to get some evaluation from the royal family, but while Elizabeth II does not comment on the TV movie "Crown".
