• cut fabric width of 140 cm and a length equal to the length of the skirt + 3 cm;
• wide elastic band;
• thread;
• tape measure;
• pins.

1. Let's fold the fabric in half with the front side inward. We will calculate the width of the skirt according to the formula OB * 1.6. We will postpone half of the resulting figure from the fold, not forgetting the allowance for seams. Make a notch and drop down perpendicular.
2. We measure perpendicular length of the skirt, not forgetting the allowance for the hem and sewing the belt.
3. Carefully cut out the resulting rectangle.
4. Our skirt will consist of one cloth with a seam from behind. Carefully join the cut of the rear seam with pins and stitch it with an overlock.
5. We will iron the seam with a moderately hot iron and churn the allowance on one side.
6. For the belt, we need a segment of a wide elastic band, equal to the waist circumference minus 5-7 cm. We sweep the edges of the segment end to end.
7. We sew the ends of the rubber band on the sewing machine with the zigzag stitch.
8. Cut out a strip of 10-15 mm in width and a length equal to the width of the gum. Let's wrap this strip around the belt in the place of the seam.
9. We will attach the strip with the seam "zigzag".
10. Using the overlock, we process the lower and upper sections of the skirt.
11. We turn the skirt inside out and put the belt in the skirt, chopping them with pins in the place of the docking and the back seam.
12. Prikolyem skirt to the waist around the entire circumference, evenly distributing the fabric of the skirt along the entire length of the belt.
13. We will make a skirt and belt, stretching the elastic band to the required width.
14. By stretching, the elastic forms uniform folds.
15. Turn out the skirt on the front side, sweep the bending seam.
