Description
The territory of the park is 0.04 km ². Half of the square is covered by a covered pavilion with tropical plants and orchids.
The park was opened in 2006, as a unique botanical garden. Moreover, it possesses not only a large collection of plants, but also is home to many species of animals. "Utopia" has an interesting landscape with hills, lakes, marshes and waterfalls, so a walk along it looks like a small trip through a fairy forest.
