First of all, we'll get a suitable thick fabric. Typically, the width is calculated from the width of the curtain, which is multiplied by a minimum of two. In addition to the basic fabric, we need a thick fabric for lining. In our case, as the main will be a dense cotone with a black pattern on a white background, so the lining will be white. Then the process of sewing curtains into the bedroom is considered step by step.

1. So, we have two cuts from two materials. The width and length of the lining should be shorter than a minimum of a couple of centimeters. We take the workpiece from the main fabric and fold the hem. Approximately by a centimeter, we fold the edge and hide the untreated edge, and then make a hem about 5 cm wide.
2. In exactly the same way, we make the lower edge for the lining. First, roll and carefully iron the place of the fold, then we grab everything with pins and make a line.
3. Now we lay out both details of the future curtains on the floor inverted to each other. From the bottom already cut off the edge of the main fabric we recede the very few centimeters and put the lining on top. Note that at the edges and top you also need to remain in a couple of centimeters of indentation.

10. You can use different materials from ordinary tape for curtains to reps and even satin ribbons. What exactly you take does not matter. The main thing is that the material is durable and able to withstand the weight of the curtains.
11. So, your goal is to get these small rectangles. Their width is about a couple of centimeters, and the length will depend on the thickness of your curtain. So it is worth to first simply attach the tube itself to the fabric and measure the desired length by an experimental method.
12. Further we bend the upper edge of the main fabric and under it we hide one end of our billets for loops.
13. We break everything with pins, and then we make a line that simultaneously sews the hinges and we process the edge of the curtains.
14. The second end of the hinges will have to be sewn in turn with separate lines. As a result, you will get such loops.
15. Well, now it remains only to pass our curtains in the hinges and curtains in its place. It turns out a stylish decor, for which even hooks are not needed, and due to the lining the window will be securely blinded and comfortable lighting during sleep is provided.

It turns out that sewing curtains for the bedroom itself is entirely within the power of each. With regard to fabrics, it is easier to work with dense cotton, which are easy to handle and do not require special skills in sewing.
