Bill Cosby, after 12 years of proceedings, was arrested and charged with sexual violence. This decision was made at the last minute, within a few days the statute of limitations on the case expires.
If the court finds the 78-year-old actor and producer guilty, then he can spend the rest of his life in prison.
According to the investigation
In 2004, Cosby raped a staff member at Temple University (until recently, the artist was a member of the board of trustees of the school). The girl told that the actor deceived her with a narcotic substance in her home in Pennsylvania, and then took advantage of her helplessness and raped.
Bill also claimed that sexual intercourse occurred by mutual agreement, and the pills he gave to Andrea Constant were just a cure for allergies.
