The pool should be filled with water at body temperature or slightly higher in such volume that the level covered the woman's stomach.

How to give birth in water? During the period of labor, a woman descends from time to time in a reservoir to relieve pain. Water in the pool should be changed periodically. When the disclosure is complete, the mother can move to the birth table or bed. If desired, the delivery takes place in the water. And the baby will be born, falling into the familiar environment - water, without experiencing gravitational pressure. After 5-10 seconds, the newborn is removed from the water and applied to the chest. After the pulsation, the cord is cut off.

The preference for this method of delivery is a woman's decision. However, before choosing a future mother, you need to be aware of the danger that may occur when giving birth in water. The fact is that after passing through the birth canal and hitting the water, the baby can make his first breath there. Water enters the lungs, so complications are possible up to a lethal outcome.

The minuses of water also include:
