In some countries, for example in Spain, snack sandwiches are a full part of the culture. The following recipe is just traditional for this region, prepared simply and from the available ingredients.

Sweet peppers nibble and burn on the burner until the skin does not turn black. Burn the burnt peppers in a bag, tightly knot and leave for a few minutes. After peeling the peppers, rub them together with garlic, a handful of basil, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Add chopped red onions.

Pieces of baguette brown, put the cheese on top and add the dish with pepper paste.

Before you prepare snack sandwiches, cut slices of black bread into small triangles, grease each with oil and put it to a crunch under the grill.

Chop the sweet shallots onion and mix it with the boiled egg and pieces of cod liver. Once the mass becomes more uniform, spread it on sliced ​​and fried pieces of black bread.

A recipe for snack sandwiches with sprats

We are used to the fact that sandwiches with sprats have a well-established composition, which includes a basis of fried bread, a layer of mayonnaise and the fish themselves. For a change, vegetables and greens can be added.

We decided to completely abandon the usual version of the dish and lay sprats over the mashed avocado.
