Clandland Nature Reserve

Cleland Conservation Park, one of Australia 's few wildlife conservation focal points, is just 20 minutes from Adelaide city center . Here it is easy to meet koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, opossums and even Tasmanian devils.

There are very few Valerians in the reserve and most animals live in a natural habitat, they are fully adapted to the park life and are used to people, so you can safely iron and feed them. To do this, during the course of the park, packets of food for each type of animal are sold for a small price.

Picnic in the Klend Nature Reserve

The park is open both on fine days and in the rain. This is a great place to have a picnic or barbecue, take a leisurely stroll, listen to stories about local inhabitants or take part in one of the park shows.

On the territory of the reserve there are special barbecue areas with gas equipment. They are free and available to all. You can make dinner right here.

In the most beautiful places of the park, picnic tables are arranged, so if you do not want to sit on the grass, you can buy food at the nearest cafe or bring it with you and enjoy lunch in the fresh air.
